Easter with the Grandparents

Jacob helped carry out a BIG box. He was pretty proud of himself!
Check out the muscles!
Benjamin.... a Colts fan from a young age.
Jacob's wreck scene. Note that the cars on the right side of the road are going one way, and the cars on the left side of the road are going in the opposite direction. The airplanes are all there to help the driver of the overturned car.

Hellooooooo! :)
A non-traditional family portrait... Jacob, Benjamin, and ... you can see me in the reflection!

Check out the crazy hair!
You should probably enlarge this to get the full effect of the bed head.
Chillin' with George Bob.

GIrl Scout Cookie Time!

We ran into Greg's cousin and her two daughters at Kroger in March. Jacob decided to help out with the cookie selling. :)

An Update on Benjamin

Benjamin is cruising around the floor with anything he can find -- a chair, a truck, a small bucket that holds blocks... It's pretty funny. :) He's also pretty good at steering it or switching sides when he gets stuck.

Benjamin loves to laugh. Sometimes we sit around laughing at nothing, just laughing for the fun of it.

He loves peas, sweet potatoes, chicken, and bratwurst (he couldn't be in our family if he didn't love bratwurst, so thank goodness!). He has just recently started drinking with a straw, and he's pretty proud of it. He loves water. When he's hungry, he'll start fussing. If you ask if he's hungry, he'll immediately start saying, "Mah. Mah."

If he's in the mood, he'll repeat what you say very clearly, like "Dah-dee." He's not usually in the mood to say "Momma" or "Mommy."

Benjamin doesn't mind diaper changes, but only if you can finish in 1.2 seconds. If you take any longer, he will roll to his stomach. If you try to prevent this, he screams bloody murder.

Benjamin loves ceiling fans. He smiles and raises an arm up when a fan is on. Sometimes he does this with any kind of ceiling light. He loves any kind of breeze on his face.

A Little Bit of Baby and a Lot of Karate!

I took several photos of Benjamin the other day, but I thought I'd spare you the ones with a super snotty nose...
